Where we work
One owner, one crew, every slab in between
Elite Concrete Floors works out of Wexford, in Pine Township, Allegheny County, right where Route 910 meets I-79. That interchange is why the map looks the way it does. Pittsburgh is straight down I-79 and the Parkway. Cranberry Township is a few exits north, where I-79 crosses the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Gibsonia sits east on Route 8, Franklin Park is the next borough over, and Zelienople is north up Route 19 in Butler County. Rick loads the same grinder and the same buckets whether the job is ten minutes from our Wexford base or an hour out into Beaver County.
Every town on this page gets the same process, because a slab does not care which side of a county line it sits on. What it does care about is the weather. Western Pennsylvania runs through freeze and thaw all winter, and the roads are salted for months, so salt and meltwater come home on your tires and get into the pores of any concrete that is not sealed. Water that soaks in expands when it freezes and takes the top of the slab with it. That is the single biggest reason concrete fails here, and it is why every floor we do starts with grinding the surface open and ends with it sealed shut. Pick your town below, or look through everything we do first.

Straight answers about your concrete floor questions
How far from Wexford will you travel?
Our BBB profile lists Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Mercer and Westmoreland counties, and that is genuinely where we work. If you are in that stretch of western Pennsylvania, call (724) 313-7520 and Rick will give you a straight answer.
Does the work change from one town to the next?
No. Every floor gets ground back to open concrete, every crack and pinhole gets filled, and the finish goes down after that. The drive changes, the preparation never does.
Do you work on homes and businesses?
Both, and industrial buildings too. Most weeks it is garages, basements and interior rooms, and we also do warehouses, corridors, shops and back of house areas. Tell us the size of the floor and how the room gets used.
My town is not on the list. Can you still help?
Ask us. The list is where we work most often, not a fence line. Call (724) 313-7520 with the address and the size of the slab and you will hear yes or no on the spot.
