Process: 

1. Prep concrete surface by diamonding grinding with attached dust vac systems to eliminate the dust. This opens the pours of the surface allowing the coating to penetrate deep into the concrete. 
2. Check the concrete for cracks and surface damage, apply appropriate repair materials, depending on the damage this can slow the application process. There can be additional costs for major repairs which would be quoted at time of estimate.
3. Application - will depend on the system. 
4. Prep for Sealer coat- the chips are then scraped and pole sanded to remove any chips that maybe sticking up to give a textured surface (orange peel effect)
5. Sealer coat- this is applied by squeegee and then back rolled. You can have one or two coats of sealer applied, the second coat is an additional cost.
